Upon my internet research I came across a Hadith from Sahih Bukhari which links to agricultural ploughing: Volume 3, Book 39, Number 514. Narrated Abu Umama al-Bahili: I saw some agricultural equipments and said: "I heard the Prophet saying: "There is no house in which these equipment enters except that Allah will cause humiliation to enter it." Scholars have different interpretations to this Hadith, some are correlating it to enemy lands cultivation and some are pushing for charitable land cultivation. But the real context says something else. Maybe it relates to the same quotation as mentioned in the video which says that ploughing results into servitude/humiliation-from-God.

You have to show stats of men and women in our society, women are double than men and their are many large numbers widows and also other women who are in their 30's or 40's and there families could not find suitable match.

It was a great lecture. There are some things to be considered though; First, the statement that women's domestic labour has no value is a tricky one because, domestic chores constitute as "Reproductive Labour" (ref: Marxist Feminist writings) which enable a man to enhance his industrial/agricultural productivity since as his mundane needs are taken care of. Secondly, domestic services-when and if outsourced-have always been compensated either financially or by providing shelter, food (additional reference: Islam acknowledges this principle by setting a price for nursing mothers, even if the child being nursed is her own)... The issue is that same valuation of labour is not applied if the domestic labour is provided by female family members. So in essence, the problem is more of under-appreciation of women's contribution to economy rather than all-or-none participation. Women contribute to economy in either scenarios though the scale and mode may differ.
